童文薰

出生地台灣新北板橋市，

從台北第一女子高級中學一直到

台大法律系、取得台灣律師、

美國紐約州律師資格，曾服務於

新竹科學園區電腦公司、

矽谷知名電腦公司，期間參與

推動營業秘密法，是台灣早期投入

智慧財產權領域的律師。

在律師事務所合夥人階段，

主要代理奢侈品牌以及積體電路

廠商的反仿冒工作，因此對於

中國法治有深刻的瞭解。

2005年之後，全心投入人權工作。

2019年主持WE.TW網路頻道

《童溫層》節目迄今。
